What's the RIGHT way to make a backup?
FACT: 50% of companies that lose their business data go out of
business within a year.
Backups are easy if you have the right hardware and software:
1) Removable tapes or hard drives
2) Automated backup software that can back up OPEN files
Both tape drives and removable hard drives can make a good backup. The
best choice for YOU depends several factors including the amount of data
you have, cost, and convenience. RTA will help you make the correct

There are a few rules that you need to follow:
1) Have a written backup plan and follow it religiously.
2) Have a written recovery strategy in case of emergency.
3) TEST your backups occasionally. Be sure the backups you are making
actually work.
4) Be sure that some of your backups are stored OFFSITE. Fire, flood,
and theft at your office will destroy your backups as well as your
computers.
